The P2Commodities Trading Terminal is an electronic platform made for product procurement and sales. We can be seen as a structured electronic marketplace for businesses that need physical commodities. On this marketplace we offer businesses both an input source to acquire products as well as an output source to sell products on. We accomplish this by building a network of diverse businesses in need of varying products. We are however not just a marketplace. We offer you a full suite of products to manage the entire product procurement/sales process. Our products range from product procurement/sales, eNegotiating, automated contract creation, eSigning documents, uploading, receiving, managing and sending documents, integrated settlement and access to the P2Logistics platform to arrange your logistical needs.

No, we focus on the physical markets and aim to support businesses that are in need of the physical products.

We have created a method for cost and time efficient trade settlement of physical products. We work with an independent network of verified warehouse-/storage providers and custodian banks to provide a safe settlement. The uniqueness of our settlement method is the fact that the trade will already be settled before shipping the product. This takes away a whole lot of paperwork, costs and time. For more details on our settlement method, we refer you to our Terms & Conditions that will be available in due time. In case you have further questions, you can always email or call us.

We do never hold or have access to any of your capital. We work with independent custodian banks where you shall have an account. You will control and have access at all times to your account until the settlement occurs. Working with an external custodian assures you of our independence.

We are never the holder of your product title. The product title is created automatically in collaboration with the designated warehouse providers who verify the accuracy and existence of your product. The product title will remain in your control and possession until the settlement occurs.

The Membership Fee is payable after we have accepted your application. We shall notify you of the acceptance and provide you with the necessary payment details.

Service Fees are the fees we charge for using our products and services. The service fee is calculated as a percentage of the trade value. The more you trade through the platform, the cheaper these service fees get. Note that this is the only fee we charge for all of our services. We hope to provide transparency by not using hidden fees that pop up later, let's keep it simple for you to know exactly what you're spending.

Yes, after successfully applying to become a Member you will receive a download link made available to you through your personal Webspace. The installation of our software does not interfere with any of your legacy systems. To use the P2Logistics platform you are not required to install anything at all.

We would be very sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our product and would first like to know if we can do something to make your experience better. One of our core values is to listen to what our Members want so we would love to hear your opinion on where we can improve and you can be assured that we will take this into serious consideration. We have a no questions asked refund policy if you demand it within 10 working days of becoming a member and on the conditions that you did not trade on the platform yet. After 10 working days we cannot refund the membership fee.

From the moment we receive your full application with all supporting documentation, we start the review and due diligence process. To ensure the quality of our Members we do not only conduct our own due diligence but work together with several specilized external firms according to the geographic location of the applicant. The process should normally not take longer than 72 hours depending on the jurisdiction of the applican. In case we need further information of documentation, we will contact you either by email or phone.
