Payments and Refunds
Do you only accept Annual Payments?
We only accept annual payments that are payable after we accepted your application.
If I am not happy with the products, can I demand a refund?
We would be very sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our product and would first like to know if we can do something to make your experience better. We have a no questions asked refund policy if you demand it within 10 working days of becoming a member and on the conditions that you did not trade on the platform yet. After 10 working days we cannot refund the membership fee.
What are service fees?
Service Fees are the fees we charge based on the transaction value on the platform. This is a tiered fee schedule which basically means that the more you trade through the platform, the cheaper these service fees get. Note that this is the only fee we charge for all of our services. We hope to provide transparency and simplicity by not using hidden fees for every single feature/service/product that pop up later, let's keep it simple for you to know exactly what you're spending.
Do I have to trade a minimum amount of product?
Our guideline is to trade a minumum of 150.000EUR worth of product per user annually through the platform. You are not obligated to trade but we do charge an inactivity fee as set forth in the Terms and Conditions if that minimum trade value is not met.
Do I get benefits from attracting my existing trade partners to P2Commodities?
Of course, if you attract existing trade partners to join P2Commodities you will get 100EUR credit per attracted member in your account towards future service fees! Oh yeah, the trade partner you attract will get a 1st year FREE membership as well.
Do I need to download something?
Yes, after successfully applying to become a Member you will receive a download link made available to you through your personal Webspace. The installation of our software does not interfere with any of your legacy systems. To use the P2Logistics platform you are not required to install anything at all.
Is every member that will trade on the platform from my business required to complete the application form?
Yes, every member of your business that you want to be an authorized trader is required to complete the application form. We need to make sure to offer your business the necessary security partly by making sure only the authorized people of your business are allowed to access the platform and trade on behalf of the business. We realize the application is a lengthy process but it is only required once and it gives your business enhanced security.
Are the products you offer available on all operating systems?
Our products are completely cross-platform and should work fine on any operating system.
Can businesses of all sizes join the platform?
Yes, we intentionally made the product scallable to make sure both small and giant businesses are able to use it.
What benefits do I get from using this product?
The benefits are huge and depend on how you want to use the platform. Businesses of all sizes have an equal opportunity to trade and connect with each other anonymously. Small businesses that do not have the resources to build and scale their own trade platform can integrate our product effortlessly and use this to centrally manage all trade related activities. Large businesses that are not able to simply replace their current procurement/sales platform can use our product as an additional sourcing/sales stream providing you with more liquidity options.
